Hi, my name is Jessica, my friends call me Jess.
I am a fun loving, sweetheart Hispanic girl from Central America.
“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.”
That’s what I been doing since coming to Waseca.
My life is not limited to my surroundings.
I am always dreaming big and looking for new ways to share my ideas, me positive personality and my passion to help others.
My latest accomplishment is developing my skills as a dog trainer for the PAWS program (Prisoners Assist with Service Dogs).
I have been learning skills and techniques to teach my puppy to become a well mannered service dog.
After they leave here they will help assist someone with disabilities and give them a better quality of life.
I like to spend my time reading, exercising, watching movies, create beadwork and I also serve as a translator for my Spanish community.
My passions pre-prison include dancing bachata, riding sport motorcycles, traveling, going to the beach and spending quality time with friends and family.
I look forward to meeting new people and sharing new experiences.
